You asked us, “For those who are caregiving, grieving, or just plain exhausted—what would you say to them about why showing up still matters?”
This lives in the space of integrity and memory for me.
When I feel like giving up, I always come back to the commitment and intention, and that is my contract - to keep caring & keep carrying on (like you always say). So keep on showing up, whether people are watching or not - that’s integrity - it’s for you more than it is for anyone else.
Then I recall times when even though I didn’t want to, or couldn’t show up fully, but did because I committed to - how well that always worked out and will apply to the time I am in now - much like your book shows us.
